Our primary commitment is to your complete satisfaction. If you've chosen a product from our online store and upon receiving it, you're not pleased, or you've found a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return under two conditions:
1. Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt (the customer may request a refund or product replacement upon returning the received product).
2. Product has a defect: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt (in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund, only to exchange the defective product). For defects such as: damaged glass or display, visible scratches, missing parts, the customer is entitled to activate the warranty if they contact us within 24 hours after receipt, and always send images of the received package. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse.
In both situations, the first step is to contact our Customer Service via email.
Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the product return.
For product return due to dissatisfaction:
-The product must not show signs of use. In the case of watches, the product must not have had any links removed from the bracelet for adjustment; the product must be sent as received, with the original packaging (postal packaging, with label). Otherwise, a refund or exchange will not be processed.
Once we receive the package, we'll conduct an analysis to confirm that everything complies with the return conditions of the item. After confirmation, our Customer Service Team will contact you, and in this case, you can choose between:
2.1. Exchange for any other product available in our stock;
2.2. Receive a refund for the amount spent on the products (in case of return within the first 7 days after receipt).
Warranty: All products in the store have a 30-day warranty, counted from the product's receipt.
3. To activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute proving the problem; this video must also show the packaging of the received product (postal packaging, with label). It is essential that the packaging be shown in the video.
The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect, and the packaging of the product must appear in the photo.
If the customer is unable to make the video or send the photo, it will be necessary to send us the product to address of our representative in your country, which will be sent via email for you to proceed with the shipment, all shipping costs of the product will be your responsibility address for analysis. The product must be sent with the original packaging from the Post Office, with the recipient's label without damage.
NOTE: Our store does not provide any type of local technical assistance; we do not have authorized assistants. For further questions, please contact our team, and we will provide you with all the necessary support.
4. IMPORTANT: Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damages that occur after the purchase of the device in our company, such as broken screens, cracked screens, among other similar problems.
4.1. The warranty also does not cover:
Damages caused by fluids, such as dropping the product in water or submerging it; although some products are water-resistant, there are limits to be respected from product to product;
Damage caused by attempted repair or modification of the device by you or third parties;
Improper use of accessories;
Failures or damages that may arise due to normal wear and tear - for example, screen scratches from use, oxidation due to excessive uric acid from the product user;
Acceptable reduction in battery life;
Tests to verify product resistance, such as testing to verify watch glass resistance or testing to verify water resistance, among others.
4.2. Cancellations due to international logistics problems or issues beyond the company's control cannot be performed.
POLICIES FOR FREE PRODUCTS:
Warranty: All our products have a 30-day warranty, and the warranty works the same for both free and paid products. For more information, refer to item 3 above.
Exchanges and cancellations: We do not exchange or cancel promotional products, considering it's a promotion where the customer only pays the shipping.
The color of the product in question is sent according to availability in stock; in the absence of one color, another ( similar ) will be sent.
Delivery Policy:
Delivery time: from 3 to 10 calendar days, depending on the chosen shipping method (Saturday is not considered a business day).
We work with two shipping modalities, and the maximum delivery time for both is 15 business days after being posted by the Post Office, but it usually occurs within 5 to 10 business days.
Your order will be shipped after Payment Confirmation and after its Logistic Processing. Payment Confirmation: it tells us that everything is fine with your order. And this happens when you complete the purchase and provide your billing information, whether by credit card or bank slip; this confirmation can take from 1 to 3 business days, according to the credit card operators and responsible banks' rules.
Logistic Processing can take from 2 to 7 days, depending on the product(s) origin location, but usually occurs between 2 and 5 days. And don't worry because we have a specialized team that follows this entire process stage to ensure your peace of mind without having to monitor the shipping stages all the time.
Maximum deadlines for delivery:
Payment confirmation time: 1 to 3 business days.

Payment:
